I have been staying here for over a decade. Wonderful owners, spacious screened-in porch (amazing!), and clean rooms/bathrooms. You can see the beach from the house. Very close to Funland. There's also an outdoor shower! Pre-Covid-19 there was a great breakfast each morning. Now, to be safe, they offer a coffee station (Keurig) and access to a microwave and toaster. Very cozy and comfortable. That's why I keep coming back!

Absolutely loved staying here! Amazing location right next to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown Rehoboth. Owners are very nice, front porch is awesome for relaxing, and the rates are incredible. We will definitely be coming back, and I would recommend to anyone. Free parking permit is included in rates, but would recommend early arrival to find street parking within a block or two... unfortunately the town has made most of the parking close by metered and therefore not available for the permit.

Such a lovely bed and breakfast! The common spaces are so wonderful, especially for a larger group with multiple rooms. We had four rooms and nine people. It was so nice to be able to hang out on the screened-in porch with everyone and play games or sit in the living area and watch a movie! It's super close to the beach and we loved nipping over to Funland which is right at the end of the block! Highly recommend for those that are looking for a relaxing and quiet place to stay. Heads up though: there is no website and they only accept cash or check.

Our family has been going there for 25 years. Close to the beach, clean and friendly. It's a great place to get away far a few days.
